We hereby officially communicate that, after reviewing the audiovisual material and information circulating in the media and social networks, Boom Studies has decided to disassociate the collaborator involved in this unfortunate situation.
At Boom Studies we firmly believe in an organizational culture that promotes equality, inclusion and mutual respect among all our employees and towards the community, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion or any other personal characteristic. Violence, aggression and any form of discrimination have no place in our company.
It is important to emphasize that the decision to terminate was not made hastily, but as a result of careful deliberation. We recognize the importance of treating each situation individually and making decisions based on concrete facts. Our priority is to ensure a safe and welcoming work environment for all our employees, as well as for our community.
We reaffirm our ongoing commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and equality in all aspects of our organization.
