On the case of Boom Studies employee linked to acts of violence and discrimination.

Dear members of the community,

We hereby officially announce that, after having reviewed the audiovisual material and information circulating in the media and social networks, Boom Studies has decided to remove the collaborator involved in this unfortunate situation.

At Boom Studies we strongly believe in an organisational culture that promotes equality, inclusion and mutual respect among all our employees and towards the community, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion or any other personal characteristic. Violence, aggression and any form of discrimination have no place in our company.

It is important to emphasise that the decision to disengage was not taken hastily, but as a result of careful deliberation. We recognise the importance of treating each situation individually and making decisions based on concrete facts. Our priority is to ensure a safe and welcoming work environment for all our employees, as well as for our community.

We reaffirm our continued commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and equality in all aspects of our organisation. We will further strengthen our training and awareness programmes to prevent all forms of violence and discrimination and to ensure that our employees fully understand the company's values and policies.

We encourage all our employees to report any violent, discriminatory or offensive behaviour, as we believe that collective responsibility is essential to maintaining a healthy and respectful working environment.

We appreciate the understanding and continued support of our community and will continue to build a better and more respectful organisation for all.

Yours sincerely,

Boom Studies
