1. Connect to Europass

This page is an online CV editor that allows you to have several CVs and to detail your studies, experiences and competences.

In the Europass interface, you will have to fill in the CV in the fields shown in the form and it will provide you with some suggestions for content.

First, create an account on Europass // https://europa.eu/europass/en.  

Then click on "create your europass profile for free".if you do not have an account. If you already have an account, skip this step and go to login.

Click on "registration" and enter your email address and password. Once you are logged in or have created an account, you can start filling in your CV by clicking on "Create a new cv".

2. Complete the personal information form

This is the first form you need to fill in. Fill in the personal information requested. Remember that it must be truthful and up to date. In the summary, at the beginning of the CV, include three sentences about who you are, what you have studied, your strengths and your experience.

3. Complete the work experience form

Classifying and presenting your work experience in your CV effectively is key to creating an impactful CV. In this form, you should place all your relevant work experience along with concise descriptions. 

4. Detail your personal competences

Don't forget to highlight your skills, competencies and languages you speak, as detailing these points on your CV is essential to show employers what you can bring to their company. Also, including a personal achievements section on your CV can help highlight your skills, achievements and qualities.

5. Place (if you wish) a photograph on the cv.

If you wish, you can include a photo in the format. Remember that this should be professional with a neutral background, appropriate clothing, good lighting and a correct facial expression.

6. Choose the cv template and download it in pdf.

Once you have finished, you can create a profile for the applicant or upload a Europass CV if you already have one. Your Europass CV should be 3 pages long, such as maximum.

To access your CV go to Library and click on "Download". Once created, you can always go back and edit it.
